Abstract—the specialized report conventional paper mainly features the concepts of cardiovascular and ECG signal and just how the blood movement through the cardiovascular system from the access of the center to the entire body. Also, this paper details some types of procedures of electrical activation of the heart as well as the genesis of the electrocardiogram like polarization and depolarization ocean. That the stage at several direction of cardiac vector is also talked about. Further, the paper details some segments of ECG waveform which could identify the segments and how ECG signal can be used to separate different arrhythmias. The heart is the most important organ in both body of a human and vertebrate animals. The primary function is similar to a pump to push blood vessels to all areas in the body and supply the nourishment to the cells. The center is located in the chest involving the lungs lurking behind the sternum and above the diaphragm as shown in Figure. 1 . Its size is like a closed fist and the pounds is around 250-300g. The heart of woman can be smaller than those of man in dimensions and brighter usually. A person heart includes four spaces: the right and left atriums and ventricles. The walls of the heart incorporate cardiac muscle, called myocardium. Interval separates atriums and ventricles to right and left valves, so the bloodstream entered into the heart can not go through the atriums and ventricles respectively.
